Thank you for shopping with Purely Mushroom. We're committed to getting your order to you quickly and safely. Please review our shipping policy below for information about how we process and deliver your items.


📍 Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States (including all 50 states). We do not currently offer international shipping but may expand in the future.


⏱️ Order Processing Times

Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Please allow 1–2 business days for processing before your order ships.

Note: During high-volume periods (sales, holidays, etc.), processing may take up to 3–5 business days.


🚚 Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer standard and expedited shipping via major carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

Shipping times are estimated and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.


💵 Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions—subscribe to our newsletter to stay informed!


📦 Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to reflect movement.


❗ Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking number shows "Delivered" but you haven’t received your order:

  • Double-check the shipping address on your order confirmation
  • Look around your delivery location and check with household members or neighbors
  • Contact the shipping carrier directly for location details

If you’re still unable to locate your order after 72 hours, please email us at support@purelymushroom.com. We’ll do our best to assist, but please note that Purely Mushroom is not responsible for stolen packages marked as "Delivered."


📦 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your package arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may request a photo of the damage and will promptly send a replacement or issue a refund based on the issue.


📬 Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping information is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrectly provided addresses. If you realize you’ve entered the wrong address, contact us immediately. If your order has not shipped, we may be able to update the address.


📦 Shipping During Extreme Conditions

In rare cases, extreme weather, natural disasters, or carrier disruptions may delay your shipment. These circumstances are beyond our control and may result in temporary delivery suspensions.
